The images in this exhibition allow us all to view the world through the eyes of five photographers who worked in the region over the hundred year span of 1860 – 1960.
The invention of the first practical photographic process coincided with European settlement in the Bunbury region and the next century was mapped with pictures taken in real time.
Over time photography developed alongside huge cultural and social change.
Through images, objects and the stories they tell, we can walk beside the men and women who made a life from taking pictures and, in doing so, captured the life of our city on film.
This exhibition celebrates those photographers who have given us the gift of time travel.
The exhibition runs from 30 March - 2 July 2019
