New technology can bring heritage to life in ways which could not be imagined only a few years ago.
The Bunbury Museum has made a start on recording oral histories, and is keen to develop these into audio visual material.
The Local Studies Collection already houses dozens of transcripts of audio recordings made by the Bunbury Oral History Group covering much of the 20th century. These unique stories, told in the words of the people who were there, are both factual and poignant reminders of the roles at work, school, play, and at war.
